Do you support Alle and Aspire rewards programs?
Yes! We proudly participate in both Alle (Allergan’s rewards program for Botox, Juvederm, and other Allergan products) and Aspire (Revance’s program for RHA fillers, Daxxify, and more). You can earn points on eligible treatments and redeem them for savings on future visits. Just let us know at your appointment, and we’ll make sure your rewards are applied.

What is Botox used for?
Botox is an FDA-approved treatment to smooth facial lines and wrinkles caused by muscle movement, such as frown lines, crow’s feet, and forehead lines.

How long do Botox results last?
Most clients see results within 3–7 days, and effects typically last 3–4 months.

What are dermal fillers?
Fillers are injectable gels that restore lost volume, smooth lines, and enhance facial contours. They’re commonly used for lips, cheeks, chin, and nasolabial folds.

How long do filler results last?
Depending on the area and type of filler, results may last 6–18 months.

What is a chemical peel?
A chemical peel is a skin-resurfacing treatment that removes damaged outer layers of skin. It can improve texture, reduce fine lines, and target acne scars or sun damage.

Is there downtime after a chemical peel?
Light peels have minimal downtime, while deeper peels may require a few days of recovery. We’ll guide you on aftercare based on the peel type.

How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.

Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome. However, booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred time.

Do you offer consultations?
Yes. New clients start with a consultation to discuss goals, treatment options, and medical history.

Safety & Aftercare

Are injectables safe?
Yes, when performed by a licensed and experienced medical professional. All treatments are done with strict safety standards.

What side effects should I expect?
Mild swelling, redness, or bruising can occur, usually resolving within a few days. Serious side effects are rare.

What should I avoid after Botox or fillers?

• No strenuous exercise for 24 hours

• Avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area

• Stay upright for at least 4 hours after Botox

How do I care for my skin after a chemical peel?
Avoid sun exposure, use gentle cleansers, and apply sunscreen daily.

Policies

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

What if I’m late to my appointment?
We understand delays happen, but arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.
