How to Participate

2. Photos must:
   • Be taken in the same lighting and angle
   • Clearly show the treated area before and after
3. Check the authorization box in the form.

Important Details

• Photos will be reviewed for quality and marketing suitability. Credit is only provided if the photos are approved and usable.
• Reward is a $50 credit toward your next treatment (one reward per treatment).
• Participation is voluntary and not required for treatment.
• By submitting, you authorize Mila Beauty Injections to use the photos for marketing purposes (website, social media, ads).
• You may revoke authorization anytime in writing; however, materials already published may remain.
